ICAT Feed Division develops natural pelleting mixtures based on starches, suitable for the production of feed for all animal species.
What is it for
ICAFEED products, inserted in feed formulations in varying percentages between 0.1% and 0.5%, allow to obtain the following advantages:
Durability
Reduction of dust formation in the storage and transport phases of the pellets
Moisture
Increases the moisture content of the pellets, especially when used for confectionery
Energy Saving
Thanks to the particular rheology of the raw materials used, it allows to reduce the energy consumption of the pelleting plants
Palatability
Improves the taste of the food gel, especially when used externally
Shelflife
Thanks to the very low PH, it reduces the bacterial load of the pellet, improving its conservation
Feed Safety Assurance
The GMP + certification of the production site testifies to the commitment of our company in ensuring that its formulations comply with current regulations on zootechnical safety.
Certification has multiple advantages:
- Communicate trust to customers by demonstrating with a third party certification that the feed or feed ingredients are products with safe processes
- Demonstrate that all necessary precautions have been taken
- Reduce the number of checks carried out by customers and, consequently, reduce management times

ICAT Feed Division, already certified ISO 9001 in 1998, ISO 14001 in 2000 and ISO 18001 in 2011, obtained the GMP FC scheme certification in 2018 for the production, sale and service of compound feed.
